Membership
A valid YHA/Hostelling International membership card should be presented for each person booked when checking in. If you are not a current member of YHA/Hostelling International, you can purchase a membership card upon arrival at the hostel.
Age
Guests aged 16 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 21. If you are 17 you can stay unaccompanied (the adult price applies) if you have a letter from your parent or guardian that states they are aware that you are staying at the hostel and that the hostel will not supervise your activities.

Confirmation and payments
The Dunsborough Beachouse will aim to confirm or otherwise respond to your hostel booking request within 48 hours. If the booking request is confirmed your credit card may be debited the equivalent to the cost of one overnight stay per person as the booking deposit.
Any outstanding amount and extra charges, if applicable, are payable upon arrival at the hostel (Extra charges may include a key deposit, etc.).
Cancellations
If you cancel a confirmed booking giving less than 48 hours notice or fail to arrive at all your booking deposit for our hostel will be retained as a cancellation fee.
